Girls Power Trips Cancelation PolicyGirls Power Camp, inc. CancellationsIf the trip is not canceled by Company , but Participant has decided not to attend the trip for any reason, Participant must notify the Company in writing by email to heygirl@girlspowercamp.com ; Cancellation shall take effect on the day Company receives the required email. Once received notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
Payments must be made through the WeTravel platform website.
Final balances are due 45 days (for Domestic trips within USA) or 75 days (for International trips) before the trip starts.
If Participant didn’t pay a final balance 45/75 days before the trip start date, and didn’t let Instructors know when the final balance will be paid, the reservation might be canceled ( in case Instructors tried to contact Participant with provided contact information; and Participant didn’t reply within 14 days)
Domestic Trips – (within the USA)
• $150 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the total trip cost).
• If a participant cancels 60 days or more before the trip start date, they will receive a full refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
• If a participant cancels less than 60 days before the trip start date, they will receive a 70% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels less than 45 days before the trip start date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels less than 21 days before the trip start date, they will receive a 10% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels less than 14 days before the trip start date, no refund will be issued.
Replacement Policy:
• If instructors find a replacement for the participant’s spot, the participant will receive a full refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
International Trips •
$150 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the total trip cost).
• If a participant cancels
90 days or more before the trip start date, they will receive a
full refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
• If a participant cancels
less than 90 days before the trip start date, they will receive a
70% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels
less than 75 days before the trip start date, they will receive a
50% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels
less than 45 days before the trip start date, they will receive a
10% refund of the total payment.
• If a participant cancels
less than 30 days before the trip start date,
no refund will be issued.

All payments (deposits and other payments) to Girls Power Trips are non-transferable to another trip. This is because Girls Power Camp has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Last minute cancellations:
●If a Participants cancels a trip with Girls Power Trips for any reason, including but not limited to failure to meet covid, country entry or exit requirements, travel concerns, personal or job restrictions, etc. In that case, Girls Power Trip will not refund Participant, transfer to another trip, or issue any credits or refunds of deposit or monthly payments to the Participant.
●Trip deposits or payments for a trip canceled by the Customer for any reason CANNOT be applied to another trip. Another trip includes any other trips being offered by the Company including trips with the same trip itinerary that is offered on a different week than what was booked.
Cancellation and changes by Instructor.
●Company reserves the right to cancel the Trip up to sixty (60) days prior to the start of the Trip, if too few people have made reservations. In such an event, Participant will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Instructor.
●Instructor reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the Trip, or to cancel the Trip entirely, at any time due to conditions in the Destination City, neighboring countries, or the world, including but not limited to acts of nature such as weather or other natural disaster, pandemic, and other “acts of god,” acts of war or terrorism, terrorist threat, civil unrest, riots, strikes, trade disputes, interruption of transportation, government or political actions or orders, change of law or regulation, suspension of civil rights, crime, a material change to the relevant U.S. State Department Travel Warning or Advisory (which can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international- travel.html), acts or omissions of a third party, or for any other reason whatsoever outside the reasonable control of Instructor. This is a force majeure provision. In such an event, if Participant does not wish to accept the changes and wants to cancel the trip, see paragraph “Cancelation”.
●If the Instructor is unable to lead the Trip for any reason, Instructor shall make their best efforts to hire a substitute instructor with substantially similar qualifications.
●In all of the above-listed events in this Paragraph, Participant hereby waives any right to claim other amounts are due to them, including but not limited to for loss of time, inconvenience, visa and passport fees, airfare and other travel expenses, insurance premiums, gear purchases, and vaccination and other medical-related costs. Participating in international travel and international Trips is risky for everyone involved, not just participants.
That is why Instructor requires travel and trip cancellation insurance; such insurance helps everyone share the potential cost of the risks of the trip.
